2022 Curvature Sauvignon Blanc

Tasting Notes: The 2022 Curvature Sauvignon Blanc has a lovely, fresh, pure nose of gooseberry, lychee, mango custard, and melon. The smooth entry opens to a well-proportioned palate of mango, blood orange, guava, with an even, long, mineral finish. This wine is made to be enjoyed without cellaring – drink now through the near term.

Vineyard Notes: The Sauvignon Blanc is grown in the wonderful Wappo hill vineyard in the hills of Stags Leap. , while the Semillon portion is old vines from the historic ToKalon vineyard in Oakville.
