2006 Curvature Cabernet Sauvignon

This first edition of curvature is a 2006 Cabernet Sauvignon. The wine opens with a luscious, perfumed nose, ripe with black cherry and delicate cedar overtones. Elegant and juicy on the mid-palate and bursting with flavors and blue fruit, cherry, vanilla, toasted spice and mocha. The wine coats the mouth and leaves it begging for more. The blend is polished with merlot and petit Syrah creating tannins that are rounded while adding a supple dimension to the complexity of bold fruit flavors.
