2016 Curvature Cabernet Sauvignon

The nose on this wine is punchy, and explosive out of the bottle. There's a subtle earthiness, laced with licorice, chocolate and coffee edges. Highly stylized nose distinctive of Napa Valley. A polished background of toasty oak with a beautifully lifted nose‚ very enticing!

The palate showcases bountiful red Cabernet fruits & dark spices. There is a tightness/tension between acidity and tannins with beautifully integrated fruit weight on the mid-palate. Delightfully juicy ripe Cabernet fruit packed with rich red and black fruit flavors towards the middle. Finishes with a palate elongation that lingers with exuberance and assertion.
