2012 Curvature Cabernet Sauvignon 1.5L

The 2012 vintage was a classic vintage providing ample sunshine for our vineyards to achieve ripeness, while avoiding the excessive heat that can result in flabbiness and high pH. This wine is built to age, with bright acidity and the tannic structure that will allow the wine to continue to evolve beautifully in bottle for years to come. On the nose, the wine expresses warmth and ripe fruit, ranging from black cherry to plum, with some licorice and vanilla spice notes as well. The mouth presents ripe red fruit balanced by bright acidity and tannins that are well-integrated.
