This aged Cabernet excites with a medium crimson to brick red hue indicative of its maturity. A bouquet of walnut, chestnut, black olive, and meaty aromas along with a touch of violet explode with aeration! The palate shows cassis and red currant with underlying savory notes and plentiful grainy, yet beautifully seamless tannins.
